Black thumb possibly turned Green

So I definitely think gardening is a talent that I don't have. but I really really want it. I have tried UNSUCCESSFULLY over the years to plant different kinds of veggies. I especially want tomatoes. So this year my friend (Betsy) convinced me that a box garden is the way to go. I went and got everything to get started. I even bought seeds and am starting them in my house (take that Martha Stewart) so here is the start of my journey I'll have to keep you posted. let me know if you have any tips.
oh and one quick question Ryan wants to put the box up against the house (our house faces west) do you think that will be to shady? Help me I don't know what I"m doing,

What has Ty been up to

So Tyson started indoor soccer a few weeks ago. He loves it. it's so cute to watch him play. one of his games he scored 2 goals, I wish I could have gotten a picture of his face afterward, he had the biggest grin and he turned and gave me a big thumbs up. He gets to play with his buddy Brock. they are so cute to watch.

I just had to take a picture of this girl on their team, I thought it was so cute, she still has to be girly and wear her pink skirt. I think Bailee would do the same thing.

last week Tyson's preschool went to sweets candy factory and got to watch how taffy, orange sticks and other candies were made. it was really cool. and we of coarse came home with way too much candy

NO CELL PHONES IN MY CAR!!!!!!!

I am making a promise to not call or text on my cell phone while I am in my car. It is not worth it. Today I went to drop something off an my in-laws and I was on the phone. I pulled up and I guess I was side tracked and left my car in drive. I ran inside to drop it off and I hear Tyson yelling outside. I ran out there and see my van running into there cement fence. I am so sick about it. and I'm so lucky that's all that happened. I know it could have ended up a lot worse.
I hate when things like this happen, it makes me feel like the biggest incompetent idiot.
and on a side note if any one has any tips on how to fix this in an inexpensive way, I'd love to hear them.

Toothless Ty

So Tyson lost his first tooth last week. He was so excited. and when it's his first the tooth fairy pays big time. He got $5.oo. so he took that and money he had saved and bought a DS game. he was so excited.
He's been so obsessed with that DS. it kills me.

Here is a conversation we had on Sunday.
Ty... why can't I take my DS to church, I don't even listen to them.
Me... Listen to who?
Ty.... the Humans
it made me laugh. I think he's been spending a little too much time with the robots from the DS,

one more funny thing he said today.
I had Ty and Davis in there seat belts in the car and I was inside looking for my keys (story of my life) my mom got here and asked if I found my keys.
Tyson (in his sassy voice) says : ummm apparently not!!
