Davis is growing

ok so I know I keep posting these pictures but I think this is the best way to show Davis's growth. it is 2 days 3 weeks, and 5 weeks. oh and yesterday he was weighed and he is 9lbs 80z, he's gained over 3 pounds. totally following in Bailee and Tyson's footsteps. I think they both doubled their weight at 6 or 7 weeks. it's so funny.


These bottom two are just Davis in his cute Christmas sweater. Thanks to aunt Ashley. I think he looks so hansom in it. it's so funny he always opens his eyes so wide it look likes he's always scared.

Cute Kids!

ok. so I just have some funny Bailee stories I want to share. she has been so cute lately and so sweet. I told her that Santa is always watching and every time she isn't obedient or fights with Tyson, than Santa takes one of their presents out of his bag. so anyways she has been so worried about it in a cute way, Tyson and her always fight over which chair to sit in and what color of cup or plate they get when they eat, or who has to go first to brush teeth, (this list could go on and on) so anyways Bailee has been working extra hard to give Tyson his way in everything so she'll go first to brush her teeth or give him the blue cup, and then ask me if Santa put one of her presents back into his bag. it's been so funny, and she wants to make sure she is maximizing her presents. then she is going through all of her toys and wants to wrap them up so she can give them to her friends. it's so fun to see her get so excited about Christmas.

Bailee's other funny thing...... she totally has some form of O.C.D. that she totally takes after Ryan. I went to put her to bed the other night and I grabbed her pillow with the Ariel pillowcase, and she told me "oh no mom that's my T.V and movie watching pillow, you need to find my pink bed time pillow." So I put her Ariel pillow on the other side of her bed and she said "oh Mom, you faced it the wrong way, I like the side where I can see her stomach." (The pillowcase has a picture on each side and well I guess she likes that one side to face up) Well I couldn't find it so she had to suffer with her movie pillow for bed.
She also loves to help clean the bathroom and her room and when she does I am totally amazed how good of job she does. in the bathroom she arranges the soap bottles and hair gel stuff so they all face front, and when she cleans her room she is so picky about getting her blankets folded perfectly but her room looks really good when she's done. it's pretty funny.

One more little story. a couple of days ago we were driving in the car and we saw some thuggy looking boys walking out side, with their pants sagging down and their boxers were showing. Bailee thought it was pretty funny, so here is what I hear her telling Tyson in the back of the car "Tyson guess what, this is real...I just saw some boys , and I COULD SEE THERE UNDERPANTS!!!!!" Then hysterical laughter from the both of them. Then she goes on "and Tyson, mom's bottom is so huge and fat, have you seen it?"(Me) Bailee that's not nice to say (Bailee) well I don't mean fat, but it's just really really big. (nice and brutally honest)
She just makes me laugh so much. I love her personality, really she is just very funny.
Bailee and Tyson have such a cute little relationship, even if they do fight, they actually play so well together for the most part and are so cute to watch.

last monday for FHE we did the first Christmas and the kids acted out going from room to room knocking on the doors while I would tell them that there was no room at the inn. Tyson was so cute, he had such a big cheesy smile and would say, "Mary is sick can we stay here." it was really sweet. I really hope this year I can get across the true meaning of Christmas to them, I think they are kind-of grasping the idea of it. I love that they are getting older and can understand more, it really does make everything so much more fun and meaningful with kids. as you can see I don't think Davis likes acting this out as much as the other two.

I just wanted to take this picture to show you that this is where I always find Tyson, he loves this chair. he keeps moving it in front of the TV to sit in while he watches his favorite shows. I have to keep moving him out. I hope it doesn't break.

These last few pictures are from Bailee and Tyson, Bailee took the camera while I was taking a nap yesterday, and she had a hay day with it. She has quite the creative eye. I am excited though, I got her a kids camera for Christmas (another door buster, $15.00)

Davis growing and Christmas party

ok, so I just wanted to post these pictures to show you how much Davis has grown. The first one he is one day old and the second he is 3 weeks. He is just getting so big.


Bailee has still been so cute with her little buddy. she is getting better at holding him. and loves to help out when he is crying or sad.

we had our ward Christmas party last night. The kids had a blast. Bailee got to perform her little dance, and she did a really good job. I am so mad at my self, I was trying to watch the recording of her dance, and somehow deleted it from our camera (story of my life) so anyways I'm trying to get it from someone else, hopefully I will. if I do I will post it.

one more little story I wanted to tell you. Tyson has been so funny lately. He's been a little brute. He loves to wrestle and play fight with everyone. I don't know where it came from. He always gets a little out of control though. So the other day he ran up and hit Bailee (I think he was just trying to play with her) but she got hurt, so anyways I sent him to his room, a couple of minutes later he came out and told me that he would like to "polish jige" to Bailee (apologize) I thought it was cute.
